Revit MEP Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Specialist to join our Kelowna Pre-Planning office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our electrical planners with Revit-assisted drafting.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing 3D modeling, clash adjustments, and coordination in Revit MEP.
- Assisting with concept modeling, infrastructure layouts, wiring pull plans, and electrical details.
- Facilitating clash detection and attending coordination meetings with MEP trades.
- Creating and fine-tuning Revit content, including families and templates.
- Investigating and testing new Revit add-ons and BIM/VDC technologies.
- Collaborating with planners to resolve bulk modeling issues within Revit.
We are looking for an Intermediate or Senior-level Revit MEP Specialist with a strong background in BIM Management, Modeling, and technologies. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM Management, Modeling, and/or technologies.
- Advanced experience in Revit MEP, Autodesk BIM360, and Navisworks.
- Strong knowledge and ability to interpret design and construction drawings.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
