Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TRADE BARREL INC. as an Office Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and maintaining inventory.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
