SalaryThe salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to over $300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and planning process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing budgets across departments. This role will also involve overseeing administrative operations, including human resources, facilities management, and IT services.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing financial strategies and achieving budget targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
