As a Project Manager at Electronic Arts, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams and driving project success. Your expertise in project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile will enable you to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • You will establish and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • You will identify and mitigate risks that may impact project outcomes.
  • You will communicate regularly with stakeholders, including project team members, external partners, and senior leadership.
  • You will participate in the hiring process to ensure candidates meet project requirements.
  • You will proactively seek out opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or team leadership, with 4+ years of management experience working in a dynamic team environment.
  • University degree, Bachelor's, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience communicating across all levels and organizations.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $115,100 - $161,200 per year, depending on location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including vacation time, sick leave, extended health and dental coverage, and basic life insurance. In addition, we provide a competitive bonus structure and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
