At Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Establish work schedules to meet the needs of the restaurant and ensure adequate staffing levels.

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet demanding service standards. You will be required to maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all food and service meet our quality control standards.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related role.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
