Job Summary

This role is with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, a leader in providing healthcare services to the people of Manitoba.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide professional registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing independent nursing services, administering prescribed medical treatments, and leading the healthcare team.
  • Facilitating coordination of patient care and discharge.
  • Demonstrating commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of the region/facility/unit.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • Recent pediatric medicine experience preferred.
  • Satisfactory employment record required.
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.
  • PALS preferred.
Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, with moderate to heavy physical effort required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
