Meshroad Marketing Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain our office's filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Arrange meetings and appointments, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
- Office Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing our inventory and ordering supplies.
- Ensure that our office is well-organized and that all necessary equipment is functioning properly.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Communication
- Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and vendors to ensure that all needs are met.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
