As a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding various international insurance products and services. Your primary goal will be to create a warm and pleasant experience for clients, providing knowledgeable assistance over the phone and via email.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bilingual communication in English and French
  • Taking inbound customer inquiries regarding medical insurance policies
  • Providing expert guidance and resolving client issues
  • Capturing call/email details into a case-tracking system
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
