Job Title: Digital Manufacturing Manager

McCain Foods is seeking a highly skilled Digital Manufacturing Manager to join our Global Technology team. As a key member of our North America leadership team, you will be responsible for partnering with our manufacturing and operations business organizations to deliver our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strategic partnerships with senior-level business stakeholders to drive digital transformation and innovation in our manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and implement a connected digital and business strategy to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead large-scale technology programs and digital transformation initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with global technology delivery teams to implement key programs and ensure strategy and value realization.
  • Drive strategic direction and lead teams to establish clear vision and create an atmosphere of trust.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience as a Technology leader in manufacturing organizations or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale technology programs and digital transformation initiatives in CPG, Food Service, QSR, or Retail industries.
  • Experience leading programs enabled with technologies including SAP/ERP, MES, Quality systems, advanced analytics, and automation solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate with internal and external groups.
