About the Role

Rex Stucco Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Team Management

Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and staff.

Contract Administration

Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Quality Control

Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction outcomes.

Communication and Coordination

Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals, to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction management or supervisory role.
