At Equiton Capital Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled ICT Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our technical strategy and advancing our technical roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy in collaboration with our CTO.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Carry out managerial duties, including salary reviews, professional development, and performance management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and facilitate technical solutioning sessions.
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle for several services and applications, ensuring they are maintainable, scalable, and meet rigorous quality control standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience developing in Microsoft Technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing and managing a Development Team.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of web frameworks/technologies (AJAX, RESTful services, JSON).
  • Knowledge of HTML / HTML5 / CSS and responsive web design.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies for Web App, Web APIs.
  • A post-secondary degree in a related field.
