Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Eco Fresh Mart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Operate cash register, process sales, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain sales records, track inventory, and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills in sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
