Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director, Commercial Director, or a seasoned Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to lead our commercially-focused waste management and recycling operation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets, with a minimum of 3 years in the waste management and recycling sector.

  1. Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive new business development and grow the sales team.
  2. Manage and performance manage the sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 years in the waste management and recycling sector.
  2. Successful management of a sales team.

What We Offer:

Circa £75-90K plus car or car allowance, bonus (to be discussed).

Location: Ideally based between Glasgow and Edinburgh (Relocators welcome to apply).
