Job Title: Case Specialist

At IDC Worldsource Insurance Network Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Case Specialist to join our team. As a Case Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our Advisors and ensuring the efficient processing of new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new insurance business applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Communicate effectively with Contracting and Compensation Administrators, Case Specialists, and carriers to facilitate efficient processing.
  • Manage detailed information on WealthServ for efficient tracking and measurement of business and processing performance.
  • Assist Advisors in ordering medical requirements and managing the new business email inbox.
  • Process field underwriting and procedural inquiries from Advisors.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Review and process In Force policy service requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Communicate updates from carriers to Advisors and process non-underwriting policy service requests.
  • Field Advisor inquiries regarding policy service issues and adhere to service level standards.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Completion of LOMA courses (i.e. FLMI, ACS) considered an asset.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows 10/11.
  • Experience with WealthServ an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment and individually.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and process in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingualism considered an asset.
