Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Slave Lake Accommodations LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to maximize productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and access to information legislation
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bondable and reliable
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
