Airline Passenger Service Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Passenger Service Lead to join our team at AGI Canadian Company. As a key member of our airport operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth travel experience from check-in to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in all passenger service duties, including check-in, luggage handling, and communication with passengers and vendors.
- Delegate passenger service duties in assigned areas, such as gates or ticket counters.
- Serve as a point of contact to address passenger concerns and questions, making PA announcements as needed to update passengers on flight statuses.
- Maintain gate security to ensure only properly ticketed passengers access the jetway.
- Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for new team members, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch customer service.
- Enforce all ATS and airline safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers, team members, and station leadership.
- Demonstrate proficient computer skills.
- Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for some airports).
- Be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance, including a 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.
