Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at L&L Concrete Foundation Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements:
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in dusty conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials and equipment is an asset.
  • Reliability, teamwork, and efficient interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
