Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1491222 ONTARIO LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

  • Conduct sales training and coaching to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
