**About the Role**
As an Accounting Supervisor, you will work closely with the President & CEO and report into the Financial Controller. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, supervising a team of 6 accountants, and overseeing the day-to-day activities in accounting operations and the teams. You will also review financial statements, prepare regular reports, and manage bank, CRA, and auditor relationships. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, delegate, supervise, and participate in accounting department tasks, and develop and implement department controls and procedures.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need a BComm or equivalent, plus CPA, MBA, or pursuing. You will also require 8+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience with Quickbooks and Sage 300 is preferred, as well as strong Excel and other Microsoft applications skills. Excellent English communication skills are required.
**What We Offer**
