Marketing Administrator Job Description

At Masco Canada, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Administrator to join our team. As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of brand-building and channel activation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of new assets and collateral to support new product launches, including pricing documents, brochures, visual assets, learning courses, and presentations.
  • Support in the communication of new product launches and related collateral.
  • Assist with planning and execution for the creation of eCommerce related assets.
  • Update Selling decks for our sales teams.
  • Assist with content creation for various internal and external audiences.
  • Support the creation, sourcing, and distribution of literature pieces and collaterals.
  • Provide execution support for retail and trade shows and events.
  • Support marketing team with execution of various marketing projects, including customers and agencies requests as required.
  • Interact with vendors, agencies, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated organization, project, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High degree of initiative and motivation and willingness to work proactively, either independently or within a team.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advance knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, & MS PowerPoint.
  • Computer savvy, able to quickly learn to use Masco programs and software.
