About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Risk Management Specialist to join our team at TES The Employment Solution. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review technical documents, including drawings, design basis, schedules, and estimates, to identify project scope and risk factors.
  • Lead and facilitate risk workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze data to perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, providing informed decision-making recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with basic engineering and construction methodologies to effectively manage projects.
  • Manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and balance competing demands in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Communicate effectively through various means, including written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual communication.
  • Familiarize yourself with relevant regulations, including the Ontario Human Rights Code, disability accommodation, and accessibility requirements.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
