Job Title: Construction Estimator

Rafat General Contracting is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Estimator to provide accurate and detailed estimates for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, civil engineering, and project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather data for estimates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates are accurate and meet project requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in construction estimation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or quantity surveying.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction estimation or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with construction software and technology.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
