Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of electronic documents and paper records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

  • Manage the creation, tracking, and archival of electronic documents and paper records
  • Implement best practices in documentation management and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless document management
  • Develop and maintain training systems and curricula

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration with 1-3 years of industry experience in C>, pharma, biopharma, or biotech
  • Basic understanding of cGMP principles and regulations
  • Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and QMS software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
