Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a seasoned Site Remediation Project Manager to support our Canadian operations. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in environmental remediation processes.

About the Role

As a Site Remediation Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of construction to ensure project objectives are met in compliance with environmental regulations, budget constraints, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee construction activities related to environmental remediation projects.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee the selection of materials, tools, and equipment for the project.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and local authorities to obtain permits and ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, resource allocation, and construction timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any construction-related issues or delays.
  • Ensure site health and safety compliance, conduct regular inspections, and promptly address concerns.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of consulting experience leading remediation and construction projects. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.

Benefits
