We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to manage our daily office activities in Quinte West.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to oversee various aspects of our office operations, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate incoming communications, manage office correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and office calendars to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Maintain office supplies, ensure a well-organized workspace, and implement systems for efficient task management.
  • Support data entry, filing, and report preparation to facilitate seamless office operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role with proven organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
