About the Role

The Associate Assistant Superintendent of Learning is a key member of the senior leadership team at Yellowknife Catholic Schools. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, this role is responsible for developing and implementing observable impact planning in alignment with district priorities. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on teaching, learning, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement observable impact planning in alignment with district priorities
• Lead the development and implementation of curriculum-related initiatives and program development
• Provide expert knowledge of literacy and numeracy instruction from JK-12
• Foster respectful learning environments that are inclusive of all people
• Build relationships with Indigenous peoples, organizations, and communities
• Lead, engage, and collaborate with staff, parents, and the community
