At Gold's Gym, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Fitness Development & Partnerships to join our team at our West Broadway location. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our fitness programs and partnerships across the lower mainland.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue through fitness programs and partnerships.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to boost brand awareness and drive business growth.
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of fitness programs, including events, bootcamps, and classes.
  4. Provide technical insights and guidance to the fitness team on exercise instruction, fitness videos, and health-oriented infographics.
  5. Research and develop relevant topics for our fitness blogs, websites, and articles.
  6. Prepare budgets and financial plans for fitness events and programs.
  7. Develop and implement programs and systems for professional athletes and sports teams accessing Gold's Gym fitness facilities.
  8. Work with the senior management team to recruit professional coaches and athletes that align with our company brand.
  9. Organize and manage national and provincial training, coaching, officiating, and other programs associated with a particular sport.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a corporate position within the sporting/fitness industry.
  2. Fluent written and spoken English.
  3. A firm grasp on various online platforms, including social, digital, and design platforms.
