We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at SE Health. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care while supporting clients in achieving their unique goals for health and wellbeing.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with SE Health, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive client assessments, developing personalized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to support clients' unique needs.

You will also collaborate with other care team members and support functions to ensure seamless care transitions and connect clients with community resources. Your dedication to providing exceptional patient care and commitment to excellence will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $92,500 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario and be available to work days, evenings, nights, and every other weekend. You should also possess updated immunization records, a clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check upon hire.

This is a physically demanding position that requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling/squatting, reaching chest and waist level, and numerous hand grips of varying forces.
