Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at TMC2 Manufacturing. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post job notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applicants.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Notify applicants of results of selection process, prepare job offers, and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Windows, Database software, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Confidential security clearance.
