About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Client Services, Global Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests
  • Assist with account administration, including account openings and closures, billing setup, and tax documentation
  • Support the development and implementation of client-customized reporting and data collection
  • Elevate unresolved issues to manager/officer
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including COEs, BU Shared Services, and BU Accounting Operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with business-related coursework or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related custody and/or fund accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of securities markets, language, and products, as well as legal and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize assignments under tight deadlines
