Professional Office Support Specialist

Are you an experienced administrative professional looking for a new challenge? CB Canada is seeking a skilled Senior Office Administrator to support senior management in the utility industry. This is a 12-month, full-time contract position. We require someone who is highly organized, diligent, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendar, and conference calls with efficiency
- Assist with invoicing, process expense claims, and orders in a timely manner
- Draft and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentation materials, and other documents as needed
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Minimum 5 years of office administration experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
A successful candidate will be rewarded with:
- A competitive hourly wage of $30
- A 12-month, Monday-to-Friday, full-time contract role
