As an Academic Administrative Coordinator at the Academy of Learning College, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative procedures. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities on behalf of the college, including managing policies and procedures related to records release
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, office management)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
