Key Responsibilities- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, promoting efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales process.
- Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to drive success.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, analyzing performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
