Lead Accounts Receivable Analyst

Société Financière Manuvie seeks a seasoned leader to spearhead its accounts receivable team, driving efficiency and accuracy in collections of premiums. As an analytical expert, you will develop and implement strategies to optimize AR aging KPIs, manage risk, and foster strong relationships with clients and Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Set performance goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress.

In this role, you will oversee the AR process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also be responsible for monitoring accounts receivable aging reports, taking appropriate action to collect overdue accounts, and developing effective collection strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and pivot tables, is essential. Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
