Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing store team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, customer experience, or team leadership.
  • Experience managing store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
