We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in the area. About the Role
This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of culinary expertise and leadership ability. You will be responsible for managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff, as well as developing and implementing new menu ideas. Key Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure that all meals are prepared to a high standard
- Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Supervise kitchen operations and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a head chef or in a similar role
- An excellent understanding of culinary principles and practices
- Strong leadership and management skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
