We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at The Mobile Shop.

Job Summary:

This role involves proactively approaching and engaging potential customers to promote wireless products and services, providing expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans to fit their personalized needs. You will collaborate with your peers to increase store traffic and boost sales, process transactions accurately, maintain inventory records, and ensure a clean and organized sales floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services
  • Offer expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans to fit customers' needs
  • Collaborate with peers to increase store traffic and boost sales
  • Process transactions accurately, maintain inventory records, and ensure a clean and organized sales floor

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for detail. You must also be able to work effectively as part of a team, meet sales targets, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
