S.i. Systèmes is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Conduct to join our team. As a key member of our Application Operations & Services (AOS) Utilities - HCL Notes team, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining applications, application configurations, disaster recovery, and ensuring the resilience of all application and application assets.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience working as a business systems analyst, with expertise in Lotus Notes, Jira Ticketing system, and strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel. Banking/FI experience is also a must-have. Additionally, the ability to travel between Toronto and Waterloo may be required.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can ensure that technology and process solutions delivered or supported meet the needs of our business partners with an appropriate level of quality based on risk. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with enterprise-wide business, technology areas, and the Notes vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis and requirement gathering on tickets opened by Notes users for insurance clients.
  • Partner with enterprise-wide business, technology areas, and the Notes vendor to ensure technology and process solutions meet business needs.
  • Maintain applications, application configurations, and disaster recovery processes to ensure resilience.
  • Travel between Toronto and Waterloo as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience working as a business systems analyst.
  • Lotus Notes and Jira Ticketing system expertise.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
  • Banking/FI experience.
