Teacher's Aide

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team at Aitchison College of Technology & Health Sciences Inc. as an Educational Support Staff member. The successful candidate will provide support to our teaching staff and students in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support Teaching Staff
- Assist teachers in the classroom with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation.
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs, including those with special needs.
- Help students with assignments, reinforce learning concepts, and monitor progress.
- Student Support
- Accompany students during school and extracurricular activities.
- Supervise students during recess and lunch hour.
- Assist students with integration into the classroom and school setting.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with classroom inventory and organization.
- Monitor and report student progress to teaching staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school principal.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
The successful candidate will work in an urban area, providing support to students and teaching staff in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
