LanceSoft, Inc. seeks a skilled Senior RTL Design Engineer to participate in the design of Display IP. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of designers, architects, and verification engineers to develop well-designed and qualified display features.

As a key member of the Display Controller team within the Radeon Technologies Group, you will lead micro-architecture and design efforts based on high-level architectural requirements. Your expertise in building complex systems to meet various design requirements, including functionality, performance, power, area, scalability, and testability, will drive our innovative solutions forward.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the entire design process from design specification to functional verification, synthesis, timing, and formal verification. Proficiency in Verilog or SystemVerilog is essential, as well as experience with multi-clock domain designs, IP development, and video/display standards. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are also required.

We offer a competitive salary range: $170,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
