This role as Sales Executive for Order Management Solutions involves identifying, engaging, and closing strategic customers who will utilize our Commerce Platform with a targeted focus on Order Management System (OMS) to drive business growth.

You will be responsible for designing our go-to-market strategy, maximizing our customer value proposition, and ensuring long-term success for our strategic platform and OMS customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a consultative sales process for new strategic customers, focusing on selling OMS solutions
  2. Articulate and demonstrate our value proposition
  3. Navigate complex conversations with retail executives, operators, and developers
  4. Understand customer business and technical challenges, and identify how Fabric Inc.'s technology can solve them
  5. Create and refine a go-to-market playbook
  6. Iterate messaging to scale our outbound prospecting engine
  7. Partner with Marketing for lead generation and qualification
  8. Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, Engineering, and Leadership teams

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAAS B2B sales, with a proven track record of quota attainment
  • 3+ years of eCommerce (OMS expert) experience required
  • Ability to build a book of business from scratch, securing strategic customers and referrals
  • Experience closing large multi-year software subscription deals
  • Track record of exceeding 100% quota attainment
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Expertise in selling transformation/visionary solutions
  • Fluent in complex technology conversations
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
