This role as Sales Executive for Order Management Solutions involves identifying, engaging, and closing strategic customers who will utilize our Commerce Platform with a targeted focus on Order Management System (OMS) to drive business growth.
You will be responsible for designing our go-to-market strategy, maximizing our customer value proposition, and ensuring long-term success for our strategic platform and OMS customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a consultative sales process for new strategic customers, focusing on selling OMS solutions
- Articulate and demonstrate our value proposition
- Navigate complex conversations with retail executives, operators, and developers
- Understand customer business and technical challenges, and identify how Fabric Inc.'s technology can solve them
- Create and refine a go-to-market playbook
- Iterate messaging to scale our outbound prospecting engine
- Partner with Marketing for lead generation and qualification
- Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, Engineering, and Leadership teams
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SAAS B2B sales, with a proven track record of quota attainment
- 3+ years of eCommerce (OMS expert) experience required
- Ability to build a book of business from scratch, securing strategic customers and referrals
- Experience closing large multi-year software subscription deals
- Track record of exceeding 100% quota attainment
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Expertise in selling transformation/visionary solutions
- Fluent in complex technology conversations
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
