About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team at Subway. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve restaurant performance.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
