Job Title: Millwright Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at Emterra Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting and performing repairs, and ensuring high plant reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain equipment, including conveyor systems, motors, hydraulic units, pneumatic units, pumps, and perform rebuilds and overhauls.
  • Respond to routine breakdowns and repair issues.
  • Ensure high plant reliability by performing quality routine machine and plant maintenance.
  • Deliver maintenance KPIs to ensure visibility of maintenance performance and required improvement for sites.

Requirements:

  • Fully licensed Journeyperson - A valid Industrial Mechanic / Millwright trade certificate for the province of Ontario (433A).
  • 4 or more years of industrial experience is preferred.
  • Mechanical background with the drive to further develop and learn, with a safety-first and resilient attitude to multi-task and effectively execute tasks.
  • Communication skills are key to being successful as you will have to communicate with a number of different internal customers and work as part of a team.
