Key Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Globaltech Education. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at multitasking.
About the JobThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Prepare and record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Mastery of MS Office
- Bondable
- Own transportation
- Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail, and perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and reliable
- Client-focused and able to multitask
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
This position is available on a permanent basis, with 32-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this role is between $35,000-$50,000, depending on location and experience.
