We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Associate to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient and resident focused healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Packaging and portioning food for patients and residents
- Preparing meals according to set guidelines and safety protocols
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Ability to lift food and supplies up to 46lbs
- Physical ability to push/pull meal carts up to 250lbs
- Excellent customer service experience
- Food service experience in a hospital or long-term care environment
- Strong inventory management skills
- WHMIS training
- Food Safe Certificate or equivalent
- Grade 10 or equivalent education
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience
