Cavendish Farms: Seeking a Pricing Director for Strategic Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Director to join our team and drive strategic revenue growth through effective pricing and trade investment strategies.

About Cavendish Farms:

  • A leading producer of frozen food products for retail and foodservice markets throughout Canada, the United States, and around the world.
  • Headquartered in Dieppe, NB, with facilities in PEI, AB, ND, ON, and Boston.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Post-secondary education in Business (professional Accounting or Pricing designation would be an asset).
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through pricing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with various levels of the Company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing and trade investment strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on pricing actions and strategy to improve business performance.
  • Review, approve, and provide insight on all pricing deals, targets, price lists, and pricing models.
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving the Company's gross margin forecast and budget.
