The role of Office Administrator at THE SMART RENOVATIONS INC is a vital position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies, and assist in the preparation of operating budget.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration, including resolving conflict situations and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent with 35 hours per week.
