Job SummaryWe are seeking an LPN who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality care and is passionate about working with seniors. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for observing, monitoring, and documenting residents' physical and psychological conditions, providing personal care as needed, and supporting emergency staff scheduling.
Responsibilities- Observing and monitoring residents' physical and psychological conditions
- Providing personal care as needed, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting emergency staff scheduling and responding to emergencies as needed
- Ensuring adherence to infection control practices
- Assessing resident health status, including recognizing deviations from mental health baseline and differentiating between dementia and delirium
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Effective communication skills in English
