Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team in Regina, Canada. As a key member of the RBC Dominion Securities Management team, you will provide exceptional service and support to clients and employees.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time salaried position with an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 based on the location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to clients and employees, ensuring seamless communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other stakeholders, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Support the Management team by completing administrative tasks, including office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, and providing backup when needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing funds, account openings, and maintenance documentation for Advisor teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills to ensure accurate work and timely delivery.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills to efficiently manage documents and data.

  • Ability to work independently, seeking solutions and answers as needed.
