Phase Connect is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, this role plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team members. This includes tasks such as reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, assembling data, and preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, they will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, working closely with other team members to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data assembly and report preparation.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, working closely with other team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar administrative position.
  • A permanent employment contract.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • A flexible schedule of 30 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure may vary depending on the location and industry standards. In addition to a market-based salary, we also offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
